Theoretical framework integrates coordinate layers to formalize defect-level twin-factor corrections in prime-base alignment, establishing a structured foundation for number-theoretic dynamics.
The TWPR consolidation architecture integrates the three coordinate layers without duplicating their proofs. It freezes the common chain from cofactor prime to aligned event index, local prime-base rank, defect, radial trace, and twin-factor correction. It assigns every theorem to one canonical owner, separates exact, PNT-based, explicit-expansion, Hardy–Littlewood-conditional, measured, and open statements, and explains how the original Base-5 index hypothesis became an exact defect-level theory. The architecture companion also records the reproducibility framework and the remaining cancellation, chamber-coverage, twin-factor, pair-ledger, and dynamics problems. This Phase-E0 v0.1.1 record is the reviewed architecture and provenance anchor; it is not the later journal-facing Phase-E1 manuscript.
