Mathematical analysis reveals finite persistence depth in deterministic base-5 twin-centre orbits, highlighting multiplicative-order constraints on prime-pair dynamics.
This companion studies the deterministic centre dilation k -> 5k associated with the immediate Base-5 chamber of the 6-wheel. The induced PP, PC, CP, and CC labels form exact finite partitions of source twin centres, but they are non-autonomous observations of a centre orbit rather than states of a Markov chain. Every individual PP-persistence run leaves PP after finitely many levels, with its depth controlled by multiplicative orders at the source endpoints; the termination theorem extends to every prime centre multiplier. For fixed depth, the affine family is locally admissible and its forbidden residue classes admit an exact order-theoretic description. Conditional Hardy-Littlewood/Dickson prime-tuples benchmarks are separated from the unconditional results. A reproducible finite audit records transition channels, control multipliers, persistence depths, and state-resolved discrepancies at t+2 <= 10^8. No unconditional infinitude, independence, stationary-frequency, unbounded-depth, or growing-carrier cancellation claim is made.
