This preprint proposes VEDANTA 2.0, formal dynamic ontology from 0 as unmanifest potentiality (model-internal term "luminous possibility"). Core thesis: 0 → Advaita → Dvaita (Jad+Chetan) → Tri-Abhivyakti (Man) → Tam/Raj/Sat → Panchtatva → Jivan → Bodh → Punar 0. Single-point mechanism: Structure → Motion → Saturation → Inquiry → Recognition → De-reification / तम → रज → प्रश्न → सत → बोध → 0 v1.1 adds P6 — Central Developmental Proposition: authentic Sat emerges from Raj saturation and limit-recognition; unresolved Raj + Sat identity → spiritual performance (Raj wearing Sat) operationalized via Spiritual Bypassing, Guru-Dependence, Dogmatism. Ishvara formalized as functional order encountered as necessary at given developmental state — "जिसकी जैसी आवश्यकता, उस अवस्था में वही ईश्वर" — not three Gods but three functional encounters. Dharma as OS, Guru as state, Moksha as recognition, Maya as Cognitive Permanence Bias. Five testable hypotheses H1-H5 with operational definitions (NEO-PI-R, CEI-II, AAQ-II, DOG, ECQ).
