High temperature x-ray diffraction photographs have been used to measure the temperature and composition limits of this superlattice. The range extends to about 1350°C at 35 atomic % Fe and from 21% to about 40% at low temperature. There is a mixed ordered + disordered region from 17% to 21% at low temperature.
