The Mott series for the Coulomb scattering of electrons by point nuclei have been evaluated numerically with the aid of the UNIVAC computer. Calculations of the series for F(θ) and G(θ), the scattering cross section, and the polarization asymmetry factor, S(θ)=δ1/2, were performed for scattering by nuclei of charge Z equal to 80, 48, and 13 at ratios of electron velocity to light velocity, β=v/c, equal to 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, and 0.9. The results are tabulated.
