Two patients combining immune deficiency and an intestinal lesion resembling regional enteritis are presented. One of the patients had severe hypogammaglobulinaemia, the other had selective IgA deficiency. It is concluded that the gastrointestinal lesions presented by our patients represent clinical features that may be associated with immunoglobulin deficiency.
