The magnetic field influence on the Gunn vibrations and the low‐frequency oscillations of the Gunn diode are investigated up to magnetic fields of 20 000 G. A considerable increase of the threshold field and a decrease of the threshold current are observed. The obtained results are explained in the limits of the two‐valley model.
