An electronic measuring system designed for the ultrasonic analysis of liquid solutions is described. It acquires measurement information by means of an ultrasonic resonator, estimates the concentration of solution components, and displays the results of the measurements. A brief description of the hardware and software design is given. The adaptation of the system to the analysis of a specific solution, which is possible by EPROM (electrically programmable read-only memory) modification, and the possibility of simultaneous study of two versions of the algorithm for measurement signal processing are shown. An application example is described. This system is used in two applications: measurements of the concentration of alcohol in water and measurements of fat in milk. Its application in the food industry is foreseen because of its measurement speed and good accuracy.>
