Transient photocurrents and dc photoconductivity in pure undoped single crystals of SrTiO3 are studied using transient charge technique in temperature region near cubic-to-tetragonal phase transition (Tc). The nature of the observed minimum of drift mobility near Tc is discussed in terms of scattering due to soft TO phonons and trapping phenomena.
