PCL can present as complete AVB with effusion; hypothesis-generating for malignancy evaluation in unexplained block but should not change practice.
In stable patients with complete AV block secondary to primary cardiac lymphoma, pacemaker implantation may be postponed as chemotherapy can reverse the conduction block.
