Genomic study reveals a 537.84 Mb chromosomal assembly in Ricordea florida, providing a high-quality reference resource for cnidarian research.
<ns5:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual <ns5:italic>Ricordea florida</ns5:italic> (Florida corallimorph; Cnidaria; Anthozoa; Corallimorpharia; Ricordeidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 537.84 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.81%) is scaffolded into 16 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 21.38 kilobases. </ns5:p>
