In this context, human capital becomes the main source of adaptive capacity and innovation, and creative approaches to personnel management begin to play a decisive role. The article is devoted to substantiating the role and importance of personnel creativity for the formation of competitive, adaptive and innovative enterprises. To achieve the goal, the article uses the dialectical method of cognition, a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis. The authors propose that in conditions of military aggression, the list of creativity factors should be supplemented with the need to create a safe environment for carrying out work activities, generating and implementing ideas. Arguments are given for considering the triad of interrelated concepts: “competitiveness – adaptability – innovativeness” as a holistic system that ensures sustainable development of the enterprise by motivating personnel to creativity. A categorical apparatus is structured. A structural-logical model of forming the enterprise’s sustainability by motivating personnel to creativity is formed. A logical-semantic model of determining the size of bonuses and establishing the frequency of personnel bonuses for creativity is developed. The authors state that the use of this approach will allow all employees of enterprises to accurately know the features of the bonus process and plan their own activities in advance. The results of the study can be useful for any enterprise operating in conditions of polycrisis.
