In this case, metastatic areas showing FDG uptake, somatostatin receptor positivity, and PSMA expression are shown in F-FDG PET/CT, Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT, and Ga-PSMA PET/CT in a 70-year-old man with the diagnosis of prostate large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
