Adsorption energies εₐ and recombination rate constants Kˢ have been measured for spin-polarized hydrogen on ⁴He films as a function of thickness down to a few monolayers. The value of εₐk at saturation is 0.96(2) K and increase for very thin films; KˢB²T^-1/2=5.9(5)×10^-8 cm² T² s^-1 K^.
