Simulation study demonstrates synchronized regional coverage guidance for multi-missile salvos, indicating reduced energy loss and improved strike efficiency.
In this paper, a multi‐missile regional coverage guidance strategy with prespecified impact time considering time‐varying aerodynamic parameters is proposed, aiming at the problem of attacking the stationary target. Firstly, a novel Memory Leader White Shark Optimizer (MLWSO) is constructed to solve the regional coverage optimization problem, which is formulated as the maximization of damage coverage degree, a metric statistically evaluated through the Monte Carlo method. The improved iteration efficiency through the memory learning mechanism assists in achieving optimal guidance strategy with a higher coverage rate. Then, a multi‐missile prespecified impact time guidance law is designed based on the Gauss Pseudospectral Method (GPM) and applied to ensure a synchronized salvo for effective destruction of the target. Different from the traditional guidance law, the proposed method considers the time‐varying aerodynamic parameters that better align with the missile's flight status, thereby reducing the energy control loss. Extensive comparative numerical simulations are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed collaborative design framework.
