A square-well, rough sphere model of transport in dense polyatomic fluids is evaluated with accurate radial distribution functions and potential parameters which fit both second virial data and square-well fluid critical properties. We show that the model is a successful approximation to the transport properties for 14 polyatomic liquids, and particularly successful in predicting thermal conductivities.
