This report is a review of our works devoted to an investigation of a connection between domain and cluster structures and physical properties of ferroelectrics. Methods and results of calculating the tensors of dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic constants of polydomain BaTiO3-type crystals and ceramics are considered. A role of dynamical clusters in forming physical properties and features of phase transitions is shown.
