Lifetimes of 41 excited terms in the spectra of Be I, Be II, B I, B II, B III, C I, C II and C III are presented. The values are based on earlier measurements made at the Research Institute for Physics in Stockholm using the beam-foil technique. The present results have been obtained through a more detailed analysis of the old decay curves.
