Rosenson et al. (2025) conducted an RCT in Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease with elevated Lp(a) (n=281). Olpasiran vs. Placebo was evaluated on Placebo-adjusted change in OxPL-apoB from baseline to week 36 (MD -93.7%, 95% CI -107.1 to -80.3, p=<.001). Olpasiran significantly reduced OxPL-apoB at 36 weeks compared with placebo, with a placebo-adjusted mean percentage change of -93.7% (95% CI -107.1 to -80.3; P<.001) for the 225-mg Q24W dose.
