Computational audit reveals that observation maps and local observed-Jacobian estimation disrupt memory-closure recovery, indicating major estimator limitations in dynamic reconstructions.
This truth-known computational audit tests whether a clean lag-embedded closure-signature relation survives explicit observation maps and local observed-Jacobian estimation. Gate O rejects a BranchSummary one-pole filter with additive noise. Separate calcium-like and BOLD-like formulas satisfy numerical contracts only; they do not validate biological modalities. A noiseless calcium-chart comparison is method-limited, historical Q4 is estimator-sensitive, and a supported-spectrum metric recovers no clean order. The remaining loss localizes to local observed-Jacobian estimation. No empirical dataset was used.
