The treatment approach for 4 completely intruded immature permanent teeth is described. Urgent endodontic treatment was required in 3 of the intruded teeth while awaiting spontaneous re‐eruption. Access to the pulp chambers was obtained by palatal gingivectomy around and above the embedded teeth. Considerable acceleration of the re‐eruption was noted after the surgery and the debridement of the root canals.
