A zero-parameter, classical, many-body model of relativistic heavy-ion collisions is proposed. Inclusive proton cross sections from 250- and 400-MeV/nucleon ²⁰Ne+U, 400-MeV/nucleon ⁴He+U, and 800-MeV/nucleon ²⁰Ne+NaF collisions are in good agreement with the model.
