The problem of periodicity windows appearing within the chaotic domain of the hybrid bistable device is considered. New results concerning the frequency-locked waveforms are presented in relation to their stability and their long-lived transients. We also present numerical and experimental results concerning new periodicity windows for a small range of values of the delay (1τD7). These waveforms appear to be the continuous-time counterparts of the discrete cycles predicted by the one-dimensional model.
