An x-ray pinhole camera is coupled to an x-ray streak camera for detailed measurements of the implosion of laser fusion targets. Simultaneous spatial and temporal resolutions of 6 {μ}m and 15 psec are attained. Resultant R and t implosion diagrams show time-dependent implosion velocites in the range of (3-4) ×{} 10⁷ cm/sec.
