The case herewith recorded is of particular interest because of its association with sensitivity to sulfadiazine, a drug which is now suspected of being antigenic and capable of producing widespread vascular lesions similar to those of periarteritis nodosa.1, 2, 3 In addition, the extraordinary and rapid recovery of this patient following the administration of full doses of the offending drug makes the following details worthy of record.CASE REPORTJ.
