SUMMARY One hundred and fifteen patients with bladder diverticula requiring operative treatment are presented, clinical and pathological findings are described, and the various methods of operative management evaluated. Immediate and later results of treatment are reported and related to the operative methods. We are indebted to the Consultant Surgeons of St Peter's Hospital for the opportunity to investigate their patients and for their kind advice and criticism. Our thanks are also due to Mr R. Bartholomew of the Department of Photography, Institute of Urology.
