To determine the clinical characteristics and risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumors to help clinicians prevent this fatal complication.
Population
Patients with gynecological malignant tumor treated between May 2013 and May 2018 (67 with DVT and 554 without DVT)

Age, hypertension, hyperlipemia, adenocarcinoma, and radiotherapy are independent risk factors for DVT in patients with gynecological malignancies, whereas rehabilitation exercise is protective.
