The article proposes a modification of the full consistency method, combining fuzzy set theory and entropy analysis to improve the objectivity of criterion weighting. The developed mathematical apparatus allows expert assessments to be adjusted taking into account group agreement and information asymmetry factors when selecting contract manufacturers.
