Deterministic and Applied Pan-Informational Geometry: A 5D Holographic Synthesis of Fields, Mass, Gravity, and Chrono-Geometric Dynamics

We present Deterministic and Applied Pan-Informational Geometry, a comprehensive theoretical framework derived by extending the unified 5D holographic field equation RAB - (1/2)gABR⁽⁵⁾ + Λ⁽⁵⁾gAB = κ_5^2 TAB(∇ Sₑₙₜ). By projecting the 5D Weyl tensor Eμν via inverse Ricci flow ∂ gμν/∂ λ = -2(Rμν - Eμν), we prove that the electromagnetic field tensor Fμν is a transverse geometric fluctuation of the 5D bulk, yielding an exact first-principles derivation of the fine-structure constant α ≈ 1/137.036. Rest mass m is entirely eliminated as a fundamental input, re-emerging as a localized entropic soliton whose unwinding resonance is calculated at ν_e = 2.05318 × 10²¹ Hz.
