The treatment of cerebral cavernous angioma(CCA) has caused great controversy. In the case of haemorrhage, frequent epileptic attacks, clear, etc., and by taking into consideration focal, number of foci, and conditions conducive to, it is our opinion that excision of CCA foci is first choice to cure the disease. Controversy regarding gamma knife treatment of CCA has existed for a long. The main reason behind this is that analyses and of its therapeutic effect are at variance, for in terms of incidence rate of recurrent, control over epilepsy, comparison of before and after treatment, incidence of and cerebral necrosis, focal volume, changes of foci after the treatment, etc.
