A case is presented of a primary malignant bone tumor in the tibia of a 17-year-old male. Because it was possible to recognize in a tumor of evident osseous origin the association of 2 types of tumor tissues of mesenchymatic origin—liposarcoma and osteosarcoma—it was diagnosed as malignant mesenchymoma. The authors believe that this is the first case to be so diagnosed.
