The reflectivity spectra of Cd1-xMnxTe, Zn1-xMnxS and Zn1-xMnxSe in the 0.7-8.1 eV energy range have been investigated and compared with other known results for these mixed crystals. On the basis of the results obtained a model of the electronic structure of these compounds is proposed.
