The reaction of a bis‐tetrazole with a dicarboxylic acid chloride has been adapted to polymer formation to yield polyoxadiazoles. Similarly, bis‐tetrazoles and bis‐imide chlorides have given polytriazoles. These new polymers have good stability at higher temperatures, but are not of high molecular weight.
