Key result
Record establishes an independently timestamped protocol state for the OTT External Blind Component-Transport Challenge v0.4.
Why the study?
Following successful internal synthetic testing of the reduced V-C-X criterion in v0.3, this protocol was established to test the transport of that criterion into independent external source families.
Design
Frozen prospective protocol
Initiates first external test of V–C–X criterion transport; leaves open generalizability to independent sources.
This record contains the frozen prospective protocol for the OTT External Blind Component-Transport Challenge v0.4 — the first external-source challenge of the Operational Transition Test. Context. The reduced V–C–X criterion passed its prospectively frozen internal synthetic Crucible in v0.3 (H1–H4 PASS; results DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22117125; frozen protocol DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22117014). v0.4 tests the transport of that criterion into independent external source families that were not designed together with the criterion. What is frozen. V/C/X semantics and numeric thresholds are unchanged from v0.3. CAE is the decisive external V track; IPC 2020 total-order HTN methods with pinned Lilotane are the decisive external C/X track. No external full-VCX label is manufactured. Two candidate translations were rejected before freeze for semantic mismatch: direct IPC-plan-validity-as-V and XLand-rule-subtree-as-macro. State at publication. The external challenge has NOT been run: no CAE, IPC, Lilotane, or any other external source was acquired or executed; no source-feasibility check was run; no DOI-derived seeds or splits were generated; no development candidate selection, held-out ablation, or hypothesis scoring occurred; no RUN_AUTHORIZATION.json exists in this deposit (template only). Boundary. This deposit claims no external validation, no cross-domain confirmation, no universal emergence, and no validation of LOGOS-44. It establishes a public, independently timestamped state of the protocol before any external result is observed. Integrity (SHA-256).
