Oscillator strengths for the X + -A 111 system of CR + have been computed to an estimated accuracy of 10 percent from ab initio wave functions. The f' values for the two strongest interstellar lines, AA4232 and 3957, are found to be, respectively, foo = 6.45 x 10- and fio = 4.31 >c 10- .
