In this study, Arrhenius activation energy with chemical reaction is investigated on hydromagnetic Walters’ B fluid with nanomaterials over a stretching sheet. The dynamics of the model radiate nonlinearly in the presence of viscous dissipation under the influence of thermal and mass convective boundary conditions. The nonlinear mathematical formulations which are partial differential equations are resolved into an ordinary differential system of equations with the connected dimensionless quantities. The solution to the reforming model is carried out using the Galerkin Weighted Residual Method (GWRM). In an attempt to avoid computational errors, the results were compared with the existing literature which demonstrated good agreement. At the same time, NDSolve (NDS) was adopted for the validation of the graphs and Spectral Collocation Method (SCM) for the validation of the tables, which demonstrated good agreement. The novel information reveals that a rising value of the thermophoresis parameter (Nt) magnifies the kinetic energy of nanoparticles which energies the temperature distribution from the heated region to the quiescent fluid. The tensile stresses due to the viscoelasticity of the fluid act against the motion of the non-Newtonian liquid. This reduces the velocity distribution and enhances uniformity of the polymeric liquid in polymer processing.
