K-shell vacancy sharing was measured using 200 to 500 keV Ne incident on Na, Ne, O 2 and N 2 gas targets. The experimental results are in good agreement with a previous theory assuming radial coupling between the 2p sigma and 1s sigma molecular orbitals.
