The frequency of an AlGaAs semiconductor laser has been stabilized by using a wide-band servo-system (DC-500 kHz) for injection current control. A Fabry-Perot interferometer was used as the frequency reference. The dependence of the resulting frequency stability on the parameters of the servo-system was investigated. The power spectral density S y of the frequency fluctuations was reduced by two orders of magnitude for 0<f<200 kHz.
