Electronic spectra of mass-selected, supersonically cooled carbazole Arₙ clusters undergo abrupt size-dependent changes of band positions, widths, and shapes between n=6--14. Monte Carlo simulations indicate that these effects are due to size- and temperature-dependent structural transitions between monolayer-type wetting to dropletlike nonwetting clusters.
