We investigate numerically the dipolar ferromagnetic transition on a fcc lattice. The critical exponents are determined; in particular, the specific-heat exponent {α} is found to be positive (although a very small negative value {α}{}-0.02 cannot be excluded). We find a second transition in the low-temperature phase where the anisotropy field switches from [100] to [111].
