Three new neurosurgical technics are presented: percutaneous strontium 90 cordotomy, percutaneous electric cordotomy for intractable pain, and copper electric thrombosis of intracranial aneurysms. In each case, a simple needle placement brings about results previously accomplished by open operative procedures.
