Blue rubber-bleb nevus syndrome can be complicated by familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and intramyocardial hemangiomas that exacerbate heart failure symptoms.
This case highlights the rare coexistence of blue rubber-bleb nevus syndrome with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and intramyocardial hemangiomas contributing to heart failure.
May warrant cardiac evaluation in blue rubber-bleb nevus syndrome; hypothesis-generating for hemangioma-related heart failure.
