Platform development study demonstrates low-code quantum computing workflows for digital humanities researchers, highlighting reduced programming barriers for complex analytical tasks.
This poster, presented at DH2026, examines how quantum computing can be made accessible to the digital humanities. Quantum applications are typically implemented using provider-specific software development kits, such as Qiskit, which can create a significant programming barrier for researchers without a technical background. To address this challenge, we developed Qonstruct, a low-code platform that enables digital humanities researchers to perform quantum computing tasks such as clustering on quantum computers without requiring extensive programming knowledge.
