The low-temperature resistance {δ}R(T)/R and magnetoresistance {δ}R(B)/R of thin, quasi-two-dimensional disordered titanium films have been measured and used to determine the inelastic scattering time τᵢ, spin-orbit scattering time τs.o., and magnetic impurity scattering time, τₛ, using the theory of electronic localization and interaction.
