Familial ventricular tachycardia with mild ventricular dysfunction: a 15 year follow up of two African American brothers with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia

13 patients (mean age 51 years, 54% female) with precapillary pulmonary hypertension were randomized to receive a 30-minute intravenous infusion of adrenomedullin or placebo to evaluate haemodynamic and hormonal effects.
