Theoretical analysis demonstrates how quantum error-correcting substrates conditionally fix Born rule probabilities, indicating physical mechanisms behind quantum measurement objectivity.
This revised note argues that, within the accepted complex quantum-error-correcting record substrate, Born weights are conditionally fixed by stabiliser non-contextuality together with Gleason-type uniqueness. The Naimark/Stinespring closed-record-pair construction explains why the surviving record diagonal has the quadratic form AA* = |A|²; it is not presented as a second standalone uniqueness theorem. The 30 August 2026 revision adds a direct comparison with Marko Lela's refinement-stable uniqueness theorem for robust record sectors (arXiv:2603.24619), distinguishing that theorem's abstract continuation-bundle and saturation assumptions from this paper's concrete QEC record carrier, syndrome projectors, monitoring, export, cadence, and reset structure. It also records the minimal [8,4,4] record cell and the bare monitored service rate α₀ = 1/137, while retaining the deeper reconstruction question as open.
