Analytical Notes

The authors of this note have commented that they would have preferred to see this communication incorporated into a section entitled “Analytical Notes” because the work has not been carried forward to the extent that the authors believe it deserves or that good scientific principles demand. However, they are of the opinion that their results should be disseminated so that corroborative efforts by others might be undertaken and the research extended. The Journal encourages other researchers who find themselves in a similar Position to emulate these authors.
