Methods note demonstrates an evidence-state-preserving profile in research publication registries, indicating local structural metadata conformance independent of scientific validity.
A bounded methods and data note defining an evidence-state-preserving profile for research publication registries. The package distinguishes project, flow and publication identities; version and concept identifiers; local and repository checksums; self-audit and independent verification; and scientific claims from metadata integrity. A deterministic 33-test conformance suite is included. Passing it establishes only local structural conformance, not scientific truth, FAIR certification, regulatory compliance or independent reproduction. The manuscript provides aligned non-specialist, specialist and expert-exploratory layers; cumulative utility refers only to reusable methodology and does not merge scientific claims.
