Overall survival-to-discharge rate was 20.5% (1,932/9,433), with a median low-flow duration of 26.0 minutes (interquartile range, 12.0–46.0 min).
Estimated survival-to-discharge was highest at 35.1% in patients with low-flow durations of 0–5 minutes and lowest at 7.9% in those with durations exceeding 90 minutes.
Estimated survival dropped sharply by approximately 20% over the first 35 minutes of low-flow duration (declining roughly 3% every 5 minutes), followed by smaller declines thereafter.
