Dielectric memory effects in ferroelectric ceramics of PLZT and PMN

Abstract

Prolonged relaxation phenomena and related to them effects of temperature and field memory have been studied in ferroelectric PLZT and PMN ceramica in the region of a diffused phase transition. The given effects are observed in temperature and field dependences of permittivity ϵ after prolonged stabilization of temperature and a prolonged influence of static electric field smaller than the critical.
